Childern's Yoga

Starting yoga early on in life can make a big difference in the development of the body and brain,  turning children into peaceful and joyful adults as they grow up. There is substantial medical and scientific evidence that the body and mind function at their best when one is peaceful and joyful. We take care to teach children asanas that are suitable for them.
