Service Description
The prayanam practice cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing. In yogic culture, all of existence is perceived as a web of sounds, with the fundamental sounds being "Aa," "Oo," and "Mm," collectively chanted as "Aum." Through this timeless and potent mantra, you will be initiated into a practice that activates and energizes different parts of the body, creating a resonating effect throughout the system. Regular practice brings peace, balance, and relief from various physical and mental ailments, fostering overall well-being. *Participants must be 7 years of age or older Benefits : 1. Brings stability to mind and body 2. Improves weak body constitutions, immunity 3. Alleviates pyschological disturbances like excessive fear and nightmares 4. Reduces attention disorders (particularly for children) Timing and session: Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes early, as we may not be able to accommodate latecomers. Due to the nature of the practices, we request that you maintain light stomach condition for the session. This means a gap of 2.5 hours from the last full meal, 1.5 hours from the last snack, and 1 hours from the last beverage (excluding water). Additionally, it is recommended to wear comfortable, loose clothing.
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations or refunds. Attendance for all sessions is mandatory. If you miss a session, you must book a paid makeup session before the next scheduled class. Alternatively, if there is space available in an upcoming similar class, you can attend that session before the next scheduled class.
